• WhatsApp cohort discussions (for select programs)

The programs are intended for educational purposes only.

Course access details, duration and included materials may vary depending on the program purchased. Access may include:

• A private web-based course portal on englishginglish.com
• Unlisted YouTube video lessons
• PDF workbooks and framework cards
• WhatsApp groups or broadcasts (for cohort-based programs)
• Downloadable audio practice files

Access timelines and included features are communicated during enrollment.

Learning to communicate with confidence requires consistent practice and participation. Students are responsible for:

• Practising the frameworks in real conversations
• Completing exercises and reflection prompts
• Maintaining respectful communication in community groups
• Using course materials only for personal learning

Results vary from person to person depending on effort, consistency and real-world application.

All payments must be completed through approved payment methods and payment gateways (currently Razorpay). Pricing, offers and discounts may change at any time without prior notice. Enrollment is confirmed only after a successful payment.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a course, you agree to the refund terms mentioned on the website and product page.

All course content provided by English Ginglish, including but not limited to:

• Video lessons and audio recordings
• PDFs, worksheets and framework cards
• Scripts, quizzes and role-play prompts
• WhatsApp lessons, broadcasts and community content
• Teaching methodologies and framework names (e.g. 'English Ginglish Level 1')

All the above are the intellectual property of English Ginglish and are protected by copyright and applicable IP laws. Without prior written permission, students may not:

• Reproduce, copy, resell or redistribute course content
• Upload lessons publicly on YouTube, social media or file-sharing sites
• Share access with non-paying users
• Record or republish lessons or live sessions
• Use our frameworks or wording in competing courses or products

Students participating in WhatsApp groups, community forums or live calls must:

• Maintain respectful, professional communication
• Avoid spam, self-promotion, MLM pitches, or off-topic content
• Refrain from offensive, abusive, casteist, sexist or discriminatory behaviour
• Respect privacy. Do not screenshot or forward other students' shared conversations

English Ginglish reserves the right to remove participants who violate community rules without a refund.

By voluntarily sharing reviews, testimonials, screenshots, audio feedback or success stories with us, you grant English Ginglish permission to use them for:

• Marketing campaigns
• Social media posts and reels
• Website and landing page content
• Advertisements
• WhatsApp and email promotions

If you wish to have your testimonial removed at any time, simply email us and we will honour the request.

Our goal is to make practical, high-quality communication training accessible to everyone. However, we do not guarantee:

• Fluency within a fixed timeframe
• A specific outcome in social, personal, or professional situations
• Guaranteed job placements or salary increases
• Identical results for every student

Student progress depends on individual effort, practice, and real-world application of the frameworks.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, English Ginglish is not responsible for:

• Your local internet or device issues
• Device or browser compatibility problems
• Outages of WhatsApp, YouTube, or other third-party platforms
• Temporary payment gateway downtime
• Any user-side technical problems

English Ginglish reserves the right to:

• Update or improve course content
• Restructure lessons and modules
• Change delivery schedules for cohort-based programs
• Add or retire specific features and bonuses

The above can happen without prior notice, in order to keep the learning experience current and effective.

English Ginglish shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Learning dissatisfaction due to lack of participation
• Losses caused by third-party platform issues
• Temporary interruptions in service or delivery

Our maximum liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

Your use of our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
